Meet the Tomans
The Tomans are thrilled to welcome you to their home away from home. An adventurous family of five, the Tomans spend six weeks here in the summer and return at least three-to-four times in the winter. They love visiting the Homestead Crater, Olympic Park and going for hikes and mountain bike rides in the warmer months and spending time on the Park City slopes when there’s snow on the ground. The three boys, ages 6, 9 and 10 invite guests to enjoy their toys and games, and especially the hot tub on the deck.
Originally from Chicago, the Tomans purchased their Park City vacation home in 2007 after falling in love with the area during a visit. Shortly after purchasing their vacation home, they moved from Chicago to San Diego, an ideal location for raising a family that offers a sunny, coastal lifestyle but is also an easy drive to Utah. “We have found that our road trips in between the mountains and the beach are where many of our greatest family memories have taken place,” says Johanna. The Tomans understand that vacation accommodations can make or break a trip, and they’ve made every attempt to ensure their guests are comfortable and have a fantastic stay.
Come One, Come All
Ideally situated between Deer Valley and Jordanelle Reservoir, this spacious home caters to families and multiple couples alike. For snow lovers, this home is a quick, two-minute drive to the Deer Valley Gondola (back side) and is nearby many other ski and winter recreation areas. In the summer, you are only a hop, skip and jump away from the Jordanelle State Park Reservoir, which features boating, water sports, camping and a large park area. With plenty of room to stretch out and all the amenities you could ask for, this property is your ideal home base for a vacation filled with fun, adventure and exploration.

Built in 2007, this roomy, three-story 3,200 square-foot home has four bedrooms and three-and-half baths and is ideal for families or multiple couples. This traditional Park City vacation home features warm wood accents, granite countertops, spacious bedrooms and plenty of living and family space. The home is equipped with child-safety gates and is loaded with toys, games and craft supplies. Never miss a happy hour - pour yourself a glass of wine or host a charming breakfast for just the two of you on property’s beautiful balconies.
Point of View
Multiple balconies allow guests to take in sunsets and magnificent mountain views, and the eight-person jacuzzi tub off the lower-level patio is the perfect way to wind down after a hike or a day on the slopes. A fully-stocked kitchen invites visitors to stay in and cook, and the outdoor gas grill and lounge seating off the living room are ideal for easy entertaining.
Gather ‘Round
The lower level features a fully equipped entertainment center as well as a kitchenette and cozy gas fireplace. For long-term visitors, set up a comfy home office or make this a place the kids love to spend time playing and crafting. In the winter months, host a lively game night by the fireplace or pair hot chocolate with your favorite holiday movie. Warmer weather invites guests to throw open the doors and enjoy the fantastic views from the patio, or the hot tub, which is ideal for year-round use.
